We offer collaborative planning to define your ADU goals, provide custom or pre-designed models, conduct feasibility checks for compliance with local regulations, prepare a complete permit set that includes land surveys, architectural and structural drawings, and Title 24 reports, manage all interactions with municipalities for obtaining building permits, and handle scheduling and oversight of inspections to ensure timely corrections.
Procurement: Finish Materials
Exterior finishes include painted wood siding, painted stucco, and redwood decking, while interior finishes feature flooring, bathroom tiles, interior doors, Bosch kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and various upgrade options.
